Please provide us with at least 48 hours advance notice for any appointment changes. This will enable us to better accommodate another patient.
CANCELLATION & “NO SHOW” POLICY
If for any reason you are unable to keep your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible to avoid a missed appointment charge. Thank you.
PRESCRIPTION REFILLS:
Prescription refills are handled during office hours when we have full access to your medical records. Refills are not filled on holidays, weekends, or if you have not been seen in the office for more than six months.
